Dr. Sarkar takes a unique approach to address the matter of Imposter Syndrome. It is astonishing that almost 90% of Men/Women globally are biased against women. Biases create self-doubt. While it is not our prerogative of how others choose to perceive us, how we perceive ourself is within our control. That is where the root cause of self-doubt lies. Dr. Sarkar believes that sustainable change always begins inside the individual, in their perception of themselves. Through her programs, she helps women by bringing clarity to the habitual, emotional and physiological, changes needed to achieve the results they seek.
